Wiggett Construction Group have been selected to be part of the Innovation Chain North framework. The framework has been designed to support delivery of new homes across the north of England, not only to support Great Places Housing Group but also those of other Housing Associations.

Planning chiefs have given permission for 39 new homes to be constructed at land off Edge Lane Street in Royton, which is currently overgrown and empty. The joint project by Wiggett Construction and the Great Places Housing Group will create high quality homes and increase the choice and range of housing available in Royton. Dwellings will be split between affordable rent and shared ownership.

Wiggett Homes held a community open house event at Clock Tower View, our exclusive development of three and four bedroom new homes situated behind Werneth Cricket Club. The Mayor of Oldham, Councillor Javid Iqbal spoke at the event and we presented two charitable donations.

Phil Wiggett has received a lovely thank you after kindly donating money to Suzie Bennett from Hulme Grammar School, who is planning on travelling to Ghana for 3 weeks next summer, to support a poor community and build the roof for a school library there.
