HCA Framework

Wiggett Construction Ltd. is thrilled to have been accepted on to the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) Delivery Partner Panel 3 Framework for the North West.

The companies accepted on to the framework are able to partner with any NHS trusts, government departments, housing associations, schools, universities, councils, or other public bodies wanting to create residential developments on public sector land, over the next 4 years.

We ranked 12th out of the 39 places awarded on the framework for the North West, sitting amongst many of the biggest names in construction. The team is delighted to be representing SME builders on the framework, and look forward to showing how their many years of experience can make a difference in the supply of new housing.

Phil Wiggett, managing director of Wiggett Construction Ltd. said, “Making it on to the HCA’s North West framework is a real achievement for a company of our size, the other names on the list are some of the biggest and best-known construction firms in the country. We are pleased to be recognised for our quality housing and competitive pricing.”

The value of this framework is set at £8billion pounds, and the previous frameworks have been linked to the construction of 46,000 homes.

Nick Walkley, chief executive of the HCA, said, “We hope as many local authorities and public bodies as possible use our improved Delivery Partner Panel to increase the pace of construction of new homes, while saving time, effort and costs.”
